Mandarin Restaurant - London: A Taste of Culinary Excellence in the Heart of Canada

Restaurant was clean and well maintained through service. Food was varied and plentiful, never having to worry about missing dishes. We all enjoyed the food choices we took and left with full bellies and a smile. Staff were attentive, personable and made good conversation that helped make the night more memorable. Definitely recommend!

Perfect service from start to finish . All staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing .. we were thrilled about the Canada Day food and decor . Drinks were good. Our server, Akash was fabulous. We had a great table by the fish room. Lots of birthdays were celebrated .. it was an awesome experience all around.

Maggie gave us the best service and the food was wonderful as always. Will be back.

I do enjoy coming here. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and I always enjoy them as they're always very polite. I enjoy the atmosphere, and it is always very clean at this location. Well, I was here on this visit management, did come around, to see if I was enjoying the food. I would have to say my overall experience this time around was excellent, and I will definitely be going back.

The place is absolutely beautiful and cozy, with lovely and cheerful decor. This isn’t our first time here, and every visit proves that the quality remains consistently high. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always amazing and friendly. Maggie, in particular, stands out, she’s such a kind, hardworking, and professional person. Amazing Buffett style Chinese dining with a huge selection of salads, meats, sea food and desserts. We had a gala time dining in with friends and family and it’s perfect for office celebrations even.. pay once and enjoy food unlimited! The service was 5 star as well. Slightly crowded around peak meal times but a getting in a little bit earlier will work well. All in all definitely a re-visit kinda place! Although the food is not “authentic” Chinese, more catered to Canadianized version of Chinese food, nonetheless it is worth visiting!

I had the best time at Mandarin. The food was so good,it’s a buffet, so there was a huge variety, and everything I tried tasted amazing. The desserts were just as good too. What really stood out was the customer service everyone was super friendly and made the experience even better. The ambience was really nice too, clean and comfortable. Overall, such a great spot to eat and relax. Definitely going back!

We had the pleasure to be greeted with such wonderful customer service and wonderful people. We ran into the owner Margaret who is always delightful to see when I dine here. Our servers were super polite and extra welcoming for our lunch buffet. We always love coming to the Mandarin for any special meals. Thanks for the wonderful service again!
